The assistant answers questions about your company from your records. Ask it what a customer owes, which stock is short, how last month compared — in English, French, Arabic, or Algerian Darija, and it replies in the language you asked in.
It reads. It does not act: no invoice is confirmed, no payment posted, no stock moved by anything you type here.

What to look at:
The question box — plain language, the way you would ask a colleague. "Who owes us the most?" works. So does "wach kayen jdid lyom".
Send — the answer comes back with Records used, linking to the documents it drew on.
Follow those links. The answer is a summary; the documents are the truth, and the assistant puts them one click away precisely so you can check rather than trust.

What to look at:
Owner briefing — cash, collections and what needs attention.
Collection draft — a message chasing what is overdue.
Exception review — the things that look wrong, ranked.
Reconciliation review, Purchasing review and Supplier document sit beside them. They are starting points, not fixed reports — the answer is a conversation you can carry on questioning.
What it can and cannot see
It sees only the company you are in, and only what your access already allows. A read-only user asking the assistant gets a read-only user's answers; it cannot be used to see round a permission.
It also sees only modules your company runs. A business without the till will not get answers about counter sales, because that part of the ERP is not there to ask about.
Review before you act
Answers carry a suggested next step and a warning to review before acting. Take that literally.
The assistant reads your data and describes it. It can misread a question, choose the wrong period, or summarise something in a way that sounds more certain than the figures deserve. It is a fast way to find the records that matter — not a substitute for opening them.
Horizon213 AI is off until switched on, and it needs your own provider key. Nothing about the ERP depends on it: every screen and every report works exactly the same with the assistant disabled. If you do not see it in the sidebar, that is why.
