Before you start

The DAS asks what each employee earned across a whole year. Horizon213 builds it from the months it actually posted, so the listing and your books cannot disagree.

Open it

Payroll, then Annual salary listing (DAS) in the papers box beside any month. Choose the year at the top.

Only posted months count

A month still in review is not payroll yet, and a month that was reversed did not happen. Neither is included, because putting either on a statutory listing would state something the ledger cannot support.

The header shows how many months of the year are posted. If that number is not what you expect, a month is still in review — find it in the payroll history and post it before using the listing.

Check for missing details

Each row shows the employee's CNAS number and date of birth, and prints missing where one is absent. Complete them in the employee's salary panel under Payroll and reopen the page; the figures are computed on the fly, so there is nothing to rebuild.

Read it, print it, export it

One row per employee for the whole year: months paid, days paid, gross, contribution base, employee and employer shares, taxable income, IRG, and net paid. The last row totals the year.

Download as CSV also includes a month-by-month recap beneath the employee listing, which is what an accountant reconciles against before filing.

This is a working paper. Statutory review and filing stay with your accountant, and it is worth sending them the CSV early enough that a missing CNAS number is a phone call in January rather than a problem in April.
