Before you start
The payslip answers one employee's question. The register answers the inspector's, the accountant's and yours: what the whole month did.
Open it
Open a month under Payroll, then Payroll register in the papers box beside it.
It is available on a month still in review as well as a posted one. Reading it before posting is the point — a wrong figure is easier to see on one page beside its neighbours than inside a form.
What is on it
One row per employee, and the columns follow the arithmetic:
Days paid, then base paid — the contract salary prorated by those days
Seniority and overtime, then allowances and bonus
Gross
CNAS employee and IRG, then other deductions
Net paid
Employer cost — gross plus the employer's own contributions
The last line totals the month, and those totals are the same ones that were posted to the ledger and paid out of treasury. Nothing on this page is recalculated for display.
Print or export it
Print / save PDF produces it at A4 landscape, in the language you are reading. The company heading carries the legal name, NIF, NIS, RC and the employer's CNAS number where those are filled in.
A month still in review prints with Draft — not yet posted in its status, so a working copy can never be mistaken for the final one.
This register is for the company's own records and for inspection. Horizon213 does not file anything — see declare CNAS for the month for what goes to the accountant.
