Print the round sheet

The paper the driver takes out — the stops in order, what to collect, and where to sign.

Before you start

A driver with a phone still wants paper. The round sheet is what goes out with them: every stop in order, what to collect at each, and room to write.

Open the round and choose Print / save PDF — the same print screen as every other document.

What is on it

The head of the sheet carries the round number, the date, the driver, and the vehicle. Those four identify a piece of paper that will come back covered in biro, and they are why a sheet found on a seat two days later still means something.

Then the stops, numbered in the order the round was built. Each line names the customer and where, its note or invoice reference, and the amount to collect. The total to collect sits at the foot.

Why it is worth printing

The sheet does three jobs at once, and only one of them is navigation.

It is a checklist: the driver can see how many stops are left without unlocking anything. It is a cash control: the total to collect is what should come back, and a driver who knows the number counts it themselves. And it is a record: a customer signature on a paper line is what settles a dispute about whether goods arrived, months later, when nobody remembers.

Print it before the round leaves

Print at the point the round is started, not when the driver is already at the door. The sheet reflects the stops as they were when you printed it — add a stop afterwards and the paper is out of date, which is a good reason to finish building the round before printing.

If a stop is added later, print again. Paper is cheap; a driver working from a sheet that is missing a delivery is not.

What happens to it afterwards

Nothing, in the system. The sheet is an aid, not a document Horizon213 tracks — settling stops and closing the round is what records what actually happened.

Keep the signed sheets anyway. They are the only physical proof of delivery you will have, and the day you need one you will need it badly.

Print in the driver's language. The sheet follows the language you are reading in, so an Arabic-reading driver gets an Arabic sheet with a right-to-left layout — switch language, then print.
