Somebody has given you access to a Horizon213 workspace. What arrives is a link, and what you do with it is the whole of this guide.
Open the link
Open it on a device you will actually use for work — a phone is fine.
The link is tied to the email address the invitation was sent to. That
matters more than it sounds: if your colleague invited nadia@ and you sign up
as nadia.b@, you will end up with an account that has no access to anything,
and nothing will tell you why.
Set your password
You choose it, and nobody at the company sees it. Use one you do not reuse elsewhere.
That is the whole of the setup. There is no profile to fill in, no preferences to choose — the person who invited you already decided which companies you can reach and what you can do in each.
What you will see first
You land in the workspace, in whichever company you were given access to.
If it looks smaller than you expected, that is normal and it is two things working: Simple mode shows only the most-used modules until you turn it off, and your role decides what you can do. Finding your way around covers both in a couple of minutes.
If something you were told you would have is genuinely missing, it is a permission, not a fault. Ask whoever invited you — they can change it in one press.
If the link does not work
Invitations expire, and each one is used once.
Already used means you have an account. Do not ask for another invitation — sign in, and if you cannot remember the password, reset it.
Expired means ask for a new one. The person who invited you can send another from the same screen they used the first time.
An invitation that is still pending is not an account. Until you accept it, you cannot sign in and you cannot reset a password — there is nothing to reset yet. That is the single most common reason a new person cannot get in.
